Merry Christmas

I would like to say Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone that reads this blog. I will return in the new year hopefully with a new site, more scheduled updates, some partners and of course all the craziness of the web.

Hit the link for some Christmas stuff

Ok let's get the cute animal ones out of the way

Now some breaking news. The empire has arrested Santa. Here's a photo and excerpt from the story over at gizmodo.com.

SANTA'S FACTORY, North Pole (Agencies) - An Imperial Stormtrooper commando broke into Santa's Factory on the North Pole yesterday evening, killing an undetermined number of elves, arresting the owner and confiscating his sled. Joe Kwazansky, local spokesman for the Evil Galactic Empire in Los Angeles, appeared in a press conference this morning confirming the rumours of an Imperial takeover of Christmas' celebrations.

If your anything like me you've probably forgot to send a card to someone, either that or you just didn't want to waste the money on them. Whatever the reason, if you feel kinda guilty now then you might want to send them an eCard..remember them?
Well this place offers you some cards that are...slightly different.

Small part for the creative people among you. I have some paper craft for you first one is of the big jolly red clothed guy himself. Pick it up at this place

Or you can have some strange cats to hang on your tree or simply to keep you busy when there is nothing but crap on the TV and you've had all the fun you can with all those socks.Get them here

For those that don't know paper craft is the idea of cutting out bits of paper and sticking them together to make things. You'll find .this site a massive source of inspiration, and also the main source for the two here.

A little Christmas classic sang by .Jeff Dunham and Achmed.

Final part of this post is the classic "T'was the night before Christmas" for you all to enjoy along with some festive wallpapers.

Twas the Night before Christmas

Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there.

The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads.
And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap.

When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.

The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tinny reindeer.

With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!

"Now Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
On, Comet! On, Cupid! on, on Donner and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! Dash away! Dash away all!"

As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of Toys, and St Nicholas too.

And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St Nicholas came with a bound.

He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
And his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of Toys he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack.

His eyes-how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow.

The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
And the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath.
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly!

He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
And I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself!
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.

He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
And filled all the stockings, then turned with a jerk.
And laying his finger aside of his nose,
And giving a nod, up the chimney he rose!

He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
And away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove out of sight,
"Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!"

As it's said 'Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good-night!'

Newborn has body parts in brain

A child from Colorado Springs was born with a suspected tumor. When doctors performed an operation on the 3 day old they found something a tad different, the formations of two feet, a hand and thigh.

The parents of Sam Esquibel know him only as a miracle baby.

The Colorado Springs infant survived surgery to remove what was believed to be a tumor when he was just 3 days old.

"The doctors said to us, 'This one is for the books,' " mom Tiffnie Esquibel said.

Inside the microscopic tumor was what looked like the formations of two feet, a hand and thigh.

Cartoon Skeletons

Have you ever watched a cartoon and thought, "Wow I wonder what they would like on an x-ray, probably really freaky."
Well this artist Michael Paulus decided to use his talents to create such images with some pretty freaky outcomes. I mean really you have to wonder how such tiny necks can support such big heads.

Poke-maniac

Pokemon. The massive japanese cartoon series about inhumanly capturing wild animals in little tiny balls and then sending them into battle for badges. The show that also took over America and Europe in the 90's and is still going today. Some people go through a phase where they watch the show, perhaps religiously, and then get fed up with it and move on. Others though ... well they seem to end up like this.
Although I have to add that the car is actually quite cool.
